Clean the rollers after every production run

Film adhesive residue building up on the rollers is the most common cause of streaks or marks on the finished laminate. Wipe the rollers down with a soft cloth after finishing production, before the residue dries and becomes harder to remove.

Check temperature before starting, not once it's running

The right working temperature varies by model — the 375B runs at 70–125°C, while the Neo 390B runs at 90–120°C. Starting production before temperature has fully stabilized is a common cause of poor adhesion on the first several sheets. Wait until temperature is stable per the machine's indicator.

Store laminating film properly

Film stored somewhere humid or in direct sunlight can degrade in adhesive quality, causing poor adhesion or bubbling even when the machine is working normally. Keep film rolls somewhere dry, at room temperature, tightly wrapped when not in use.

Watch for uneven roller pressure

If the laminate comes out clean on one side but wavy on the other at the same width, roller pressure is likely uneven. This needs a technician's adjustment — don't try to force it by raising temperature or slowing speed, since that only masks the symptom without fixing the cause.

Schedule routine service

Lubricating the roller drive mechanism and checking temperature calibration every few months helps stop small issues from turning into major failures, especially for machines used daily.
